The vast majority of our gold jewellery is 18-carat gold (750/1000), meaning it is made of 75% pure gold and 25% other metals to increase its strength. 750 gold is the traditional alloy of the great French jewellery houses. The exact fineness of each piece (18, 14 or 9 carats, silver, platinum, etc.) is given in its characteristics, along with the hallmark when it is legible.

We do not systematically have a laboratory certificate drawn up: it is provided on request. We only work with natural diamonds, never synthetic (so-called "lab-grown") diamonds. Our diamond-set jewellery is bought exclusively from private individuals in our Bordeaux shops.

Yes, our jewellery is always delivered in a box - either the original one when we have it for signed pieces, or an Art & Or box.

Our pre-owned jewellery is not systematically polished: we check the settings and clean each piece directly in store. Watches are serviced and guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.

We have two physical jewellery shops in the centre of Bordeaux. The first is at 55 rue Saint-James, 33000 Bordeaux, right at the foot of the Grosse Cloche. The second is at 58 rue des Remparts, 33000 Bordeaux, next to the town hall.

If you live nearby, come to our Art & Or shops in Bordeaux - we will measure your finger and adjust the ring to your size. For online purchases, we recommend visiting a jeweller near you beforehand.

For rings worth €200 or more, resizing is free of charge in our Bordeaux shops. Below €200, it is done on quotation.

In store, we only accept bank cards - no cheques or cash. Online, you can pay by bank card (secure 3-D Secure payment), PayPal, or in 3 interest-free instalments with Alma.

If no alteration is requested on the piece, your order is dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, then delivered within 2 to 4 working days in France.

Yes, delivery is secure and insured by us, sent by DHL or La Poste as a secure shipment.

If you are not happy with the piece you ordered, return it at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order.

The refund is issued on the day the returned item is received.

We buy gold in all its forms: broken jewellery, dental gold, jewellery, bars and coins. The buying price depends on the bullion price on the day of purchase - our prices are adjusted every hour in our shops. The indicative price shown on our Gold buying page is today's.
